At the Apple WWDC 2008 in San Francisco, Apple CEO Steve Jobs demonstrates GPS on the new 3G iPhone. Jobs shows how an iPhone traveling in a car going down San Francisco’s famously crooked Lombard Street can be tracked as its user navigates the curves.

One last Instinct video covering GPS, Visual Voicemail, and the Calendar. Overall it’s a really solid phone. And at $129? Best value goin’ for Sprint customers wanting a high-end device. Too bad there’s no calendar synching, though.

This is a video of a new plug-in GPS module working on an iPhone (can also be used on iTouch).
Most commercial companies scrapped their serial port GPS units after
the Apple SDK came out. This is a new effort to make it available again.
