For what reason would YOU use a vehicle GPS tracking device?

I am refering to a tracking device hidden under your car's dash that allows you to see where the car is at all times, NOT a navigation system. Would you use it to track a cheating spouse, or your kids, for theft recovery, or is there another reason?
Wow! I didn't expect so many replies so quickly! I am a distributor for one, and I was curious to see what the public vote would be.
I'd use it to track my horse.
I don't drive.

Theft recovery would be the number one reason. I never thought about the cheating spouse use though.

only other option I can come up with is if I was either abducted or if I wound up getting lost in a blizzard or something similar – that way people could use it to find me

can also be used to track a fleet of vehicles to get someone to pick up a waiting shipment or provide a customer an eta if they are waiting on a delivery.

I wouldn't use a GPS tracking device for any of the three suggested reasons. No, I'd like to have one because I really like my present car and would like to know how it would respond to having a spy aboard.
