   Hi, yes they are as they have the standard bluetooth 2.0 protocol. Any phone that has bluetooth can handle a Bluetooth GPS. The exception to this are some older iMate and O2 phones but that again is overcome by getting the latest firmware upgrade.

   is the Holux GPSlim 240 ‘AND’ GlobalTop G66 fully compatible with a SPV M600 mobile phone.
   It has Windows Mobile 5.0 on it.

   G-Top, also known as F-Tech have been one of my favourite suppliers/manufacturer because they are quite innovative, one of the first if not the first to introduce a Solar powered GPS the Solar 7. I don’t have a review on that model but I can assure you that F-Tech have been around long enough to build quality GPS. Using the 51 Channel MTK chip is a smart move albeit I have never seen the necessity for even a 32 channel GPS engine. The touch pad though is brilliant!
